All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Order Changes
Changes cannot be made to your online order while it is in progress. If you have an urgent request or find an error in your order confirmation, please contact our customer service at 509.237.8660 or customerservice@cerafii.com.
Shipping
We offer several types of shipping. You will have the option of shipping services when you begin to check out. Your orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM PST, except on holidays.
Product Availability
All products available while supplies last. Though we update our inventory and site regularly, occasionally items may be on backorder. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience a backorder may cause. We will contact you via email to inform you if an item’s delivery will be delayed or if an item is no longer available.
Order Processing Errors
We occasionally may have technical issues that will affect your order processing. If we discover that there has been a problem processing your order, we will contact you via email to explain and rectify the problem. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that an unprocessed order might cause.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide enough information about our products so that our clients know exactly what they are purchasing. If the merchandise is defective, we will exchange it for the same product if the original defective product is returned to us within 20 days of purchase and less than 20% of the product has been used. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened skin care products that are more than 20% consumed (studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product’s use).
Products may be returned if unused and sealed in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.
All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds are given. Return your package via an insured, prepaid shipping method (we recommend FedEx or USPS). Include your packing slip or invoice number and note the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
